Candace Sanders was nominated by a colleague who wishes to remain anonymous.

Ms. Sanders is a valuable asset to the Benton County School District. Although she works at the central office, she is quick to service students, teachers, parents, stakeholders, and the community.  She is loving, intelligent, and has such a deep compassion for her district.

"If one tenth of her could be mirrored in others, then our district would be at the top of the state. We are so proud to have her in our community--an invested employee," the nominator said.

Candace is a valuable asset to the district. As a parent, it is invaluable to have someone at the district office you trust and you know cares about our schools. If only we could clone people like Candace, oh what a world it would be.

Candace Sanders is a wonderful person. She keeps us on our toes, here at the central office. She has knowledge of a whole lot more that what is expected of her here. When there is something I need to know, whether it deals with this office or outside of the office. I can always go to her because she has the answer. She is also quick to do research on anything you ask her that she may not know and get back with you on it. She's very friendly and intelligent and really cares about people and this district.
