Bri Jones was nominated by Kimberly Krauter, the parent of a student.

"Bri should be recognized for her compassion for students," said Krauter. "My daughter, Mady, has a very rare disorder and has a lot of developmental delays.  Bri advocates for students who are not able to advocate for themselves, even when it isn't the popular decision. She asks the hard questions and holds people accountable to make sure Mady is getting what she deserves and nothing less.  She goes above and beyond and makes sure students like Mady are succeeding in every aspect of life. Bri pushes them to be better every day and loves them with her whole heart.  She truly makes sure that each student is treated with kindness and respect."

"Bri not only cares endlessly for her students, but she also is an advocate for her staff," said Krauter. "She is a leader within the school and district.  Bri is one of a kind, and I am overly blessed she is my daughter's teacher."
