LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Marie Roblin was nominated by a colleague who wishes to remain anonymous.

Ms. Roblin brings a cheerful, calm, and friendly demeanor to her kindergarten classroom every day. She also takes on leadership roles at her school, working with the gradebook, the hospitality committee, and a million other duties and projects.  

"As a new teacher to the school, she treated me with the same calm and positive manner.  She has an effect on staff and students as she goes through her day," her nominator said. "When a new edict is sent down from the district or a new guideline is expected of teachers, she is the first one to comply, find an easy way to tackle it, and share her solutions with the other teachers." 

Ms. Roblin brings an inclusive, peaceful presence and raises the bar for all of her peers. She has a tremendous ability to organize, include, lead and share. Her presence makes a difference that effects the climate of the school, and positively influences students, parents, and peers.
