Officer Chirillo is extremely passionate about safety and security, which is easily visible to not only administration, but to her colleagues, the students, and their parents. From the moment students walk on campus, they are immediately engaged with Officer Chirillo because she is standing at the front gate to greet them. Everyone entering the campus knows they are coming into a safe space, and Officer Chirillo is a major reason for this feeling."
