"Dr. Rogers was a middle school English/ Social studies teacher, then a middle school assistant principal, and principal in both middle and elementary school," said the nominator. "She was my principal when I was in third and sixth grade. She works hard to make sure every kid does their best and is getting what they need. When there are tough times in her school, she is always able to hold everything together and continue to do her job to the best of her abilities. She deserves this more than anyone I know."
