LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Allison Webb was nominated by an anonymous friend.

Ms. Webb is not only an inspiring teacher to work along side, but the best friend a girl could have! She is a phenomenal teacher in any grade that she teaches.  She makes a difference in the lives of students in her classroom as well as children who are not in her class.  Ms. Webb is a mentor teacher for those students who need someone to talk to and someone to listen. Her students know that no matter what, she will listen to them and nurture them the best that she can.  Students in her classroom always feel safe.  She strives to ensure that her students are proficient in the standards they need to know, and fills gaps to help them grow. Her classroom always has a fun, upbeat environment with flexible seating, lamps, and a calming atmosphere.  As a teacher, she knows how to get students excited about learning!  

Ms. Webb is a natural leader, and she has the best personality for it!  She always has a smile on her face, and she is always ready for what ever the day may bring.  Seeing the positive in everything is one of her best qualities. Ms. Webb has the enthusiasm to get the students pumped up as well as her colleagues and friends who are around her. She shares anything that works for her in hopes that it may help someone else.  

Ms. Webb is dependable, and you can count on her for anything.  When you need to calm down, she will be there to make you breathe or to whisper a mantra.  If you are stressed, she will help you to see the positive and tell you that it will all be okay and everything will work out.
