LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Tracey Bougouneau was nominated anonymously.

Ms. Bougouneau has a class declaration that her students say ever yday. Each student is reminded that making mistakes is a learning opportunity. They are not in competition with anyone but themselves. They want to be a better person today than they were yesterday. Every day is a learning opportunity. When they go to bed at night, they want to be smarter than when they woke up that morning.

Finally, the class is a family. They are all there to learn from one another. They listen to each other, not with judgement, but with an open ear and open mind. Together, they all are going to be "SOAR'n Eagles" towards the next level of their academic journey.
