Ms. Wilson creates a positive classroom environment by making sure every student feels seen, loved, and heard! She always treats my students the same way she treats her own children — with love and support! She wants her classroom to be a safe place for her students.
Her school district has many low-income families. Many students come to school with no supplies. Ms. Wilson will never let a student go without. She buys extra supplies so her students all have the same things and no one is left out.
As a second grade teacher, she believes having healthy snacks available is very important. A hungry child can't focus on learning when all they can think about is when lunchtime is. Ms. Wilson purchases lots of snacks with her own money to have on hand, including string cheese, beef sticks, and more.
She wants her students to have the best year with her and make lots of memories they may not get at home, so she tries to have all sorts of extra things to make each holiday special for them. She also goes all out for students for Christmas and makes sure it's extremely magical for them.

Nothing short of AMAZING is what I will say about this teacher. Mrs. Wilson wants to grow our childrens confidence in learning. You can tell without any doubt that she is a teacher because she loves to educate and help our kids succees and be the best they can be. My daughter had Mrs. Wilson for Pre-K and when she found out she was getting her for second grade she about come unglued with excitement! She immediately wanted summer break to be over with so she could go be with "the best teacher ever Mrs. Wilson" as my daughter refers to her. This woman truly goes above and beyond for her students, and not only her classroom but all the kids she sees. Thank you, Mrs.Wilson. You have changed the lives of so many and we are blessed to be on the list.
This is a blessing for this teacher she has cried many a night for her kids life styles and she wants to show all the same quality of care and compassion. She makes sure they all are treated equally and never let's one of her students go without. She has a heart of gold. She has student that are under privileged and have known her to fix little girls hair and they feel so special to Mrs Wilson.
