She greets every student warmly in her classroom daily. She adapts the lessons for everyone and breaks down hard concepts. She offers extra help after school for her students at no charge. She fights for the necessary resources that are needed to teach her students. She makes learning fun through songs and educational games. She keeps up with her former students and always lets them know she is still a resource they can use whenever.
