Ms. Holland creates a positive environment by teaching in a way that meets every student's needs. Twice a day, she communicates with each student to ensure they feel heard, safe, and comfortable within her classroom. She hopes to increase hands-on materials and true decodable books for her students to practice their reading skills and fluency. As a first grade teacher, it is important that her students leave the classroom prepared so that they are successful moving on to second grade.
