LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Autumn Grizzle was nominated anonymously. 

As an art teacher, Ms. Grizzle sees all students in the school throughout the entire year, up until they graduate from the building. She wants every student to know that they are loved and deserving of respect, so they do many classroom bonding activities throughout the year. She also showcases a variety of different artists that students use as inspiration. This includes artists of different nationalities, abilities, etc. She believes that students should see art and artists who reflect themselves. In addition, they change table groups often to make new peer connections, complete positive student critiques, and always talk about uplifting themselves and others as artists!
