She teaches and consistently reinforces classroom routines and expectations using positive language, while recognizing students for their effort, kindness, and responsible behavior. A positive classroom also promotes engagement, growth, and a sense of community. She encourages teamwork, celebrates successes, and teaches students that mistakes are a natural part of learning.
