Christopher Townley was nominated anonymously. 

Mr. Townley works hard to make sure each of his students feel respected and part of the group. Inclusion is important to him because each of his students has different levels of abilities. He makes sure to give praise and constructive correction in a positive light so students feel successful, but know they can still practice and get better. Every student in his classes are only judged against themselves, not against others, so they can each set and implement their own goals.
