When students enter her classroom, she first ensures their physiological needs are secured—whether that means providing nourishing food, clean drinking water, hygiene essentials like a toothbrush, or comfortable clothing to change into.

Beyond these physical essentials, she intentionally fosters psychological safety, ensuring every student feels deeply understood, loved, and valued as a member of the classroom family. By actively boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem, she lays the critical foundation for their academic success. She firmly believes that only when these fundamental human needs are met can children truly unlock their potential to learn, grow, and thrive in her classroom.
