Robyne Cox was nominated by her colleague, Tasha Wilk.
Ms. Cox is an amazing asset to Washington Public Schools. She takes care of online digital enrollment and the school-wide application manager. She is the 'go-to' for anything district-related. She is a lifelong resident of the community, and Washington is in her blood. Everything she does is for the benefit of the students and community. She spends countless hours outside of work making sure everyone else is taken care of and that the school has what it needs. She rallies support for families in need and always seems to know when someone needs extra support or even a smile to help them through the day.
Ms. Cox also assists with the district's Student Council. She helps plan school spirit days, in which she also participates (she always has the best outfits!). Ms. Cox goes all out to make sure the pep assemblies are the best they can be. As the middle school secretary, she runs a concession stand for students to purchase snacks, provides a friendly face, and makes sure all students feel welcome. Ms. Cox is the epitome of school spirit and carries on hometown traditions.
