Music that Describes Maude

Maude Frazier was nominated by agent, Anna Vignetti.

Remarkable, determined, passionate...Ms. Frazier's story stands out among others. Her own life is a series of ups and downs that sticks in your head when she tells you about it. She's defined by pure grit, a tender heart, and love.

"When I see her with her students, love and respect are going both ways," said Vignetti.

She extends a genuine, caring, and kind spirit to every single child she encounters, wherever that may be in the school. With staff, colleagues, or church friends, she shows that same person. She knows how they are doing and has a sincere desire to help them if they are in need or to have a fun moment with them. It isn't just about fun; it is about the kids and her staff being in a good place.

"Our first meeting was when she was an AP. There was a spark that naturally attracted students, people, young and old. When she moved to another school, I promised myself to keep track of her. In her role as a first-time principal this past year, she made an immediate impact. Out of the many principals I've met, and I know many good ones, she again stands out. She has maintained an 'A' status in her new undertaking," said Vignetti.

There were challenges that she was able to overcome. She is professional and human, and she can lead through tough times. The pride she shows in her staff is the kind that people can see and follow.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in a wide range of organizations and has won numerous accolades and awards.

"I found out these things along the way, without having to really look far. When Ms. Frazier reached out for volunteers for the State of Florida Resiliency program, she attracted a room full of people, including parents, church friends, and school partners, to take a course/test to volunteer that provides mentorship for students. I am proud to know her and proud of this woman who cares in the way that she does. She is a LifeChanger, and many people, including myself, look forward to what she will achieve," Vignetti concluded.
