Michael Malcolm was nominated by Bijan Hedayati, a National Life Group agent.

Mr. Malcolm is a devoted husband, a proud father of four children, and a grandfather to one grandson. He is an outstanding educator, mentor, and coach who makes a lasting impact on students both inside and outside the classroom. He serves as an ESAP paraprofessional, school aide, crossing guard, and varsity football coach at Desert Vista High School and within the Tempe Union High School District in Phoenix,  Arizona. He consistently demonstrates leadership, compassion, and dedication to student success. He supports students academically, emotionally, and socially, while teaching discipline, teamwork, accountability, and confidence through both education and athletics.

Mr. Malcolm is widely respected for creating a safe, encouraging, and motivating environment for students, staff, and families alike. Beyond the school setting, he serves as a positive role model in the community, inspiring young people to work hard, make smart choices, and believe in themselves. His passion for helping others and genuine care for students make him a LifeChanger in his community.
