Madelyn Jones was nominated by a family member, Kelson Jones. 

"I truly cannot think of someone more deserving than Madi. Teaching is not just a job to her, it is who she is," said Kelson.

Ms. Madelyn pours everything she has into her students every single day. She never gives up on her students and cares about them far beyond the classroom. She believes in them and cares about their future; that is the kind of teacher she is. Ms. Madelyn works countless hours outside of school creating lessons, supporting students emotionally, and making sure every kid feels seen and important. Her students absolutely adore her because they know she genuinely loves and supports them.

"Madi has already been recognized with awards like Teacher on the Rise and Mrs. Baird’s Teacher on the Rise, and I truly believe that is only the beginning. Watching the impact she has on students, coworkers, and families is incredible. She changes lives daily without ever asking for recognition in return. I am unbelievably proud of her and all she does for her students and community," said Kelson.
