LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Angela Hilbert was nominated anonymously. 

"Mrs. Hilbert is the epitome of a LifeChanger," said her nominator.

Mrs. Hilbert has been a teacher since she graduated in 2005 and has made an impact in so many children's lives throughout the years. She is always there, not only for her two sons, but for every child that has ever walked through her door. She has worked with kids with challenging situations, and she relates to them as only she can with her kindness and love. As a fifth-grade English teacher, Mrs. Hilbert has taught kids the love of reading. She is an avid reader herself, and the love that she shows for reading comes across to her students.

"Mrs. Hilbert's students are so lucky to have her as an example of what a teacher and role model should be. She is kind, caring, loving, thoughtful, articulate, and above all else, a LifeChanger to the fifth graders at Slaughter Elementary," said the nominator.
