Her positive attitude and calm presence create an environment where both staff and students feel supported and valued. 

What truly sets Ms. Ulrich apart is her ability to connect with students. She is not only respected, but deeply loved. Students are greeted with hugs, warm smiles, and encouraging words every single day, making the front office a place of comfort and safety.

Ms. Ulrich serves as a positive role model, demonstrating kindness, patience, and empathy in every interaction. She understands that relationships are the foundation of a strong school culture, and she intentionally builds meaningful connections with colleagues and families alike, helping everyone feel welcomed and included.
