Ms. Ulrich is a true LifeChanger whose impact is felt by every student, staff member, and family she encounters. As an incredible office manager, she is the school's steady heartbeat, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while always keeping people at the center of her work. Her ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and support employees with professionalism and care makes her an essential pillar of the school community. Her positive attitude and calm presence create an environment where both staff and students feel supported and valued. 

What truly sets Ms. Ulrich apart is her ability to connect with students. She is not only respected, but deeply loved. Students are greeted with hugs, warm smiles, and encouraging words every single day, making the front office a place of comfort and safety.

Ms. Ulrich serves as a positive role model, demonstrating kindness, patience, and empathy in every interaction. She understands that relationships are the foundation of a strong school culture, and she intentionally builds meaningful connections with colleagues and families alike, helping everyone feel welcomed and included.

Her leadership and dedication were especially evident as Northlake TK–8 opened. Ms. Ulrich was instrumental in the school's launch, managing enrollment processes and overseeing purchasing to ensure students and staff had what they needed from day one. Her organization, foresight, and commitment played a key role in setting the school up for success.

In recognition of her extraordinary contributions and the difference she makes every day, Ms. Ulrich was named a Twin Rivers Unified Employee of the Year for 2024–2025 — an honor that perfectly reflects the heart, dedication, and life-changing influence she brings to her work.
