Ms. Lindsey has been a dedicated member of the Camden City School District for the past 3–4 years, serving as a paraprofessional with unwavering commitment, compassion, and professionalism. In her role, Ms. Lindsey consistently goes above and beyond the expectations of a paraprofessional. She demonstrates an exceptional ability to connect with students, particularly those who require additional academic, behavioral, and emotional support.

Ms. Lindsey approaches her work with patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of students' individual needs, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and capable of success. She is known for her willingness to step in wherever she is needed, whether supporting classroom instruction, assisting students one-on-one, or collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lindsey over the past four years in two different settings, and I can confidently say that she is an invaluable part of our classroom and school community. As the teacher she works alongside each day, I have witnessed firsthand the care, dedication, and effort she puts into supporting our students. Ms. Lindsey consistently goes above and beyond in her role and shows genuine compassion and patience with every student she works with.
