Ms. Townsend creates a kind and compassionate atmosphere where all students have safe space to learn in an Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) setting. She brings standards-based instruction to her classroom, and uses modern behavior strategies to advance student academic success. Ms. Townsend collaborates with general education teachers to develop best practices and to ensure a smooth transition as students work their way into the regular classroom.
