Tiara Arline was nominated by a family member, Elena Highland.
"Tiara is patient, kind, genuine, loving, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and passionate. She lives and eats education. I have seen her grow in this field and think she is very qualified for the award. You will not be disappointed," said Highland.
Never have a met an individual with a more humbling spirit than the one that is possessed my this beautiful young lady. Her light shines so bright that it is almost blinding. She is a positive example to all and is very knowledgeable in her field. Tiara Aline is truly worthy of this honor.

I have known Tiara Arline for many years. She is a beautiful and wonderful person and a magnificent educator. Ms. Arline cares about children and families and she is involved in the total process. Her work does not stop at the end of the day. She takes part in her local church and many community events. She is often found volunteering for school events. Most importantly are her efforts with the hard to reach, She does not shy away from the hard stuff. She rolls up her sleeves and gets right to it. She is committed to bringing everyone up in education and helping all reach a certain level of success.
She would be an awesome representative who "walks the talk." Please give this nominee every consideration.
Tiara is an amazing educator. Her positive energy and vibes spread throughout when she is around. Her commitment to the success of all students is demonstrated in her daily actions.
Mrs. Arline has always been very well respected by her fellow teachers and all the students that she comes into contact with. She has always been a team player and does not mind helping others when it is needed. While she taught at Richardson Middle School she was a huge asset to the school. She was a role model to her students and they knew that she was there for them . Students would always go to her if they needed to talk to someone about various issues related to school or things going on at home. While at Richardson she won Teacher of the Year for all of these things that I have mentioned Mrs. Arline always has went out of her way to make sure that students would get the help they needed to deal with a situation. I know for a fact that students really respect and admire her. They all know she cares! As for me, Mrs. Arline is a fellow teacher that always helps you out on things related to school and she is there if you need her as a friend. She truly deserves to be recognized for all she does for everyone! I am glad to say that she is one of my friends that I look up to the most!
Ms. Arline has made an impact in the life of my daughter as she encourages success and positivity. Columbia High School has quite an advantage with Ms. Arline on their team. This is a well deserved nomination.

Tiara is a wonderful individual who has a heart of gold. She is always pushing kids to do their best and strives to see them ALL succeed. She has been such a great mentor to so many that have crossed her path. I am fortunate to call her my friend and colleague.
This Young Lady don’t only think of herself and family, but thinks of the Student Body as a whole. I’m often reflected on Tiara’s mannerism and personality like her grandmother Mrs. Wilson. Tiara is a Go-Getter and a Motivator!!
