"Mr. Gaylord is a dependable teacher. He always puts the needs of his students and their animal projects at the top of the list. For that, I will always be thankful," said his nominator. "He puts many hours into ensuring that our school can be the best it can be. He is also a very funny guy who has taught me a lot about life and how to deal with tough situations. Mr. Gaylord goes above and beyond the call of duty as he even makes late night house calls to doctor sick animals. He is a great teacher and I am very glad to have taken his classes in school."
