Mrs. Jackson goes above and beyond with making sure her school is sufficiently clean. She enhances student morale by building a relationship with each student she comes into contact with, whether it's by passing them in the hallways or lending a helping hand.

When the head custodian is out, Mrs. Jackson covers both duties without hesitation or complaints.

"There is never a time that I can recall someone having to remind her to do her job. She actually takes the initiative and promotes proficiency standards in all of her areas," said her nominator.
