Melanie Copeland was nominated by her colleague, Danielle Perez.

Ms. Copeland has been with The Goddard School in Pflugerville for over six years. She was the lead teacher in four different classrooms. Ms. Copeland has gone above and beyond to help when and where nobody else could! She is now the Program Specialist and has excellent communication skills when it comes to the students' development.

Ms. Copeland is on top of the curriculum and supporting teachers in every way possible. She also has the ability to positively add to her school's atmosphere and staff development. She is a mother of three beautiful girls, and her nurturing comes naturally, not only with her own children, but with her students as well. Her high moral and ethical standards shine bright when she is running the school. She is the go-to girl for help with almost anything. Ms. Copeland helps with planning events, marketing, schedules, enrollments with new families, tours, QA and licensing readiness, and so much more.
