Brianne Hinz was nominated by her colleague, Tia Thompson.

"This is my first year at Brightwood Elementary, but it was very apparent from the start that Ms. Hinz was intricate to the daily flow at our school," said Thompson. "She wears multiple hats to support the teachers and students so that reading instruction flows for promising readers.  Her demeanor is sweet and easy going.  Although the job has it share of stresses, she tries not to pass it along to the teachers or students.  I'm impressed by her character and attitude, not only toward her job, but to the teachers and students she serves on a daily basis."
