Ms. DeWitt can be best described as compassionate, inspiring, and dedicated. She is the founder and driving force behind our Magnolia Market food pantry, a program that ensures students and their families have access to essential food and resources during times of need. Beyond this, she consistently goes above and beyond to support the entire school community, organizing outreach events that foster inclusion, connection, and care. Her efforts ensure that no student feels overlooked, whether through providing a meal, offering a kind word, or extending a helping hand.
"I recall one afternoon when I observed Ms. DeWitt quietly assisting a family experiencing hardship. She interacted with them with genuine warmth and respect, making them feel valued rather than embarrassed for seeking help," said Ronan. "That moment stayed with me, a powerful reminder that compassion delivered with humility and consistency can transform lives in meaningful ways.
