Ms. Dawson is consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. She is always committed to her job assignments, completing all tasks promptly and meeting deadlines. Besides being a joy to work with, Ms. Dawson is a take-charge person.

During the COVID pandemic, while most of the team continued to work remotely, Ms. Dawson worked at the office every day, completing new tasks, and adapting to the changes very well, demonstrating patience, respect, empathy, and knowledge while assisting her colleagues and her teammates, multitasking, and building an entirely new virtual communication function from the ground up to train employees virtually on the travel process. Her interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her to develop productive working relationships with Broward College clients, staff, and students. She continuously goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and always takes extra steps to deliver a personal touch to every interaction.

Ms. Dawson is also invaluable in other areas of the College; if an employee needs step-by-step training on the travel process, Ms. Dawson makes it a priority to be available to that colleague. Ms. Dawson is an excellent team player. Her positive attitude in collaborating with her colleagues and her performance on the job are consistently impressive. She takes any feedback and uses it for her development. She's a LifeChanger for her hard work, dedication, and commitment to Broward College's success.
