One of her most transformative contributions has been the creation and growth of her school's Rosary Garden. This beautiful space has become a place of prayer and a symbol of unity, as she engaged both students and parents in its development. By involving families in this spiritual project, Mrs. Delgado has strengthened bonds within the school community and created a lasting legacy of faith and reflection.

Beyond spiritual enrichment, Mrs. Delgado has enhanced her school's atmosphere and culture by encouraging student engagement in a variety of academic and enrichment opportunities. She has spearheaded student participation in competitions such as the Fairchild Challenge, inspiring students to embrace innovation, environmental stewardship, and teamwork. These experiences have expanded learning beyond the classroom and elevated school pride and spirit.

A gifted leader, Mrs. Delgado serves as the STREAM coordinator, guiding teachers and students in integrating science, technology, religion, engineering, art, and math into meaningful learning experiences. Additionally, she demonstrates collaborative leadership as a Domain Chair on the CIPA Steering Committee, ensuring that high standards of instruction and accountability are maintained across the school. These roles highlight her ability to lead with both vision and excellence, always keeping students' best interests at the heart of every initiative.
