Mr. Wedryk is a colleague of mine. It is an amazing thing to witness his dedication and support to the scholars in our school. Mr. Wedryk has an excellent rapport with students, staff and parents. He is the right amount of firm and flexible; always giving students what they need most. He is a team player and not afraid to intervene or assist when necessary. Great choice for this award.

Mr. Wedryk has been very welcoming and helpful in my first year of teaching. It's clear he has a passion for working with the students of Bowen and works to make a positive impact every day.
I've been privileged to see Tim, working with countless new scuba divers, veteran divers, divers with special needs and divers from underserved communities, patiently working through their fears and anxieties to successfully help them obtain their certifications, all as an volunteer.
