Mrs. Poole has been a valued addition to the campus in the past two years. She is not afraid to fight hard for her school, staff, and students.
Alexander Elementary School needed a strong leader who would do what is best for the campus, and Mrs. Poole has delivered!

"I am used to advocating strongly for my students. However, Mrs. Poole makes sure all of my students' needs are met. Mrs. Poole makes sure we have what we need to help our students succeed," said the nominator. Mrs. Poole has been working hard on a plan to help us achieve a better rating score this school year. On our campus, Mrs. Poole ensures that all of our staff and students' needs are met, enabling them to achieve their professional and academic goals. Mrs. Poole also brings a sense of humor and fun to our campus. Humor has made for a less stressful working environment for staff," said the nominator.

This year, Alexander Elementary School was designated as a STEM campus; however, it unfortunately lacks the necessary funding for STEM furniture in the STEM lab. Mrs. Poole has worked tirelessly to provide for staff and students.

"I am nominating Mrs. Poole in the hope that we can help her with the funding for STEM furniture for a STEM lab that would greatly benefit our campus community. Alexander is a Title 1, bilingual, underfunded school. A STEM Lab would ultimately help change the lives of our very diverse students' academic career paths," said the nominator.
