Coach Mitchell is the Physical Education (PE) Coach at his school and has the honor of working with every student. He also assists with various duties that enable him to interact with students and teachers at the school regularly. Coach Mitchell creates a positive environment by constantly encouraging, modeling, and allowing the students to believe in themselves and their abilities. He and his students engage in various activities throughout the school year, providing them with opportunities to experience and achieve success.

Coach Mitchell also gets the honor of watching students grow and develop from kindergarten to fifth grade. Throughout that time, he motivates the students by reminding them how much they have grown and evolved. The teachers and community partners are always excited when Coach Mitchell shares the students' progress. As a School Spirit Award recipient, Coach Mitchell knows what it takes to motivate a class!
