As a fifth grade teacher at a Title I school, Ms. Hammond is deeply committed to creating a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel safe, respected, and empowered to learn. Many of her students face academic and personal challenges outside the classroom, so it is critical that her classroom is a consistent, uplifting space that promotes both academic success and social-emotional well-being.
