Ms. Villarreal creates a positive classroom environment by designing engaging, hands-on lessons that spark curiosity and connection. As a Spanish elective teacher, she introduces students to the rich cultures of Spanish-speaking countries through interactive activities. One highlight is her Las Posadas lesson, where students build piñatas to deepen cultural understanding. The piñatas are then donated to preschoolers, combining learning with community service. This approach helps students connect with the content, take pride in their work, and experience the joy of giving, making learning meaningful for everyone involved.

Ms. Villarreal is a very excellent teacher who is always giving her best for her students and always reaching a hand out for those who need it and even for those who are not her students. Also she always come to the class with a positive energy and makes everyone’s day, the positive energy she carry’s makes the class even better and where me as a student is always willing and get excited to go into her class where I feel safe and comfortable.
Congratulations Mrs. Villarreal. You are the best not only for your students but for your coworkers who have the honor to work alongside your passion. Thank you for all you do for your students.

Ms.Villarreal was my 8th and 7th grade teacher and she touched and left such an impact in my life that I still think about it her 9yrs later, she’s the most passionate about her work and most of all the love she shows her students is truly unmatchable. I truly think she hasn’t only changed my life but the life of many students, I remember 8th grade was such a hard year for me and she always pushed me to better myself in so many ways as well as was such great support, I truly have nothing but love and so much respect for her.
Cynthia is an amazing teacher. She brings learning to life in many ways. She motivates her students. She looks for ways to engage students. She creates community in her classroom and school.
