Melissa Ramos was nominated by her friend, Manuel Solis.
Mrs. Ramos has been in the education field for about 35 years. She really enjoys working with the next generation of students. She is a wife and mother of three children. Straight out of high school, she started her journey of helping young students fulfill their dreams.

Mrs. Ramos' professionalism, warmth, and unwavering dedication create a welcoming school climate every day. She manages complex tasks with efficiency and care, supports students and staff with patience and compassion, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the school runs smoothly. Calm under the chaos, she is the steady heartbeat of our front office and the first smiling face every visitor sees. Her commitment to making Littlefield Junior High run smoothly — day in and day out — has a meaningful impact on our students, families, and staff. Her positive attitude, strong problem?solving skills, and commitment to our community make her truly deserving of this recognition. We are grateful for her outstanding service and proud to see her honored as LifeChanger of the Year.
Mrs. Ramos is focused, driven, and calm no matter how crazy the office gets. She handles her duties with integrity in a respectful manner. She is patient and kind to everyone who comes in the office, even when she is overwhelmed and bombarded with requests and tasks. Mrs. Ramos is a deserving candidate for Life Changer of The Year. I have taught at the Jr. High for almost 4 years and recommend her whole-heartedly.
