Mrs. Ritacca is a dedicated and compassionate educator who consistently demonstrates kindness, care, and a deep commitment to her students. She fosters strong, positive relationships and creates a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and a love for learning. She is not only a wonderful teacher, but a great human being who models respect, empathy, and integrity for her students. She provides a rich and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
In addition to her work in the classroom, Mrs. Ritacca serves as an instructional leader among her colleagues. She models effective, engaging lessons that exemplify best practices in instruction. As a member of the District Curriculum Alignment and Revision Council (CARC), she actively contributes to the development of curriculum pacing guides, alignment of resources to state standards, and the implementation of new instructional materials at her site. Her contributions also extend to districtwide curriculum initiatives, where she plays a key role in supporting alignment and instructional quality across grade levels.
