It is truly special to watch Ms. Tatiana work with kids. I have had the privilege of watching her work with students during difficult or what could be embarrassing situations. She is always so kind and gentle and makes the students feel at ease and diffuses all different situations making it look like it was easy to do because she never looses her cool and is discrete when needed and pleasant. She is really pleasant to work with and is such a supportive team player. I appreciate her and her kindness towards everyone.

As a newly hired sped teachers assistant Tatiana was always ready and there to directly interview in classrooms when nesseceary, provide advice, help fill out any paperwork, buy school supplies, and always be there whenever students were in crisis.

Ms. Wesley is one of the most important people at Manch ES. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with, and I know that if I have a question or am unsure of something, she will always have the answer. Not only does she always have helpful information, but she is also on the front lines and jumps in to help in any situation she is available to help in. She goes above and beyond what he actual job is. Although she has a very difficult job, especially being at a very transient school, there is nobody I am more confident in when helping service our students and families. I KNOW that when students come to Manch with special education needs, Ms. Wesley will get them all the help they are eligible for and that they need.

I was just starting my second year of teaching, when I joined the Manch family. Without the direction and guidance from Tatiana I probably would’ve had a nervous breakdown. With it being my 1st year working in the STAR program, she gave me the support and skills to make it through the year. From coaching to showing me the correct way to do IEP’s, she is worthy of any recognition that she gets. It is well deserved due to her dedication to not only the special education team at Manch, but the students as well.
