This is Ms. Schneider's fourth year of teaching at Saint Bernadette Catholic School. To create a positive classroom environment, Ms. Schneider focuses on meeting each student where they are—academically, emotionally, and socially. She recognizes that every student brings unique strengths and challenges to the classroom, and she strives to understand their individual needs through ongoing observation, communication, and reflection. Fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere is at the heart of her teaching philosophy.

She works to build strong relationships with students so they feel valued, respected, and safe to express themselves. She encourages collaboration, empathy, and mutual respect to help create a classroom community where all students can thrive. At the same time, she believes in challenging students with high but achievable expectations.

She guides them in setting meaningful goals and helps them develop the mindset and skills needed to pursue those goals. Through consistent encouragement and personalized support, she aims to help each student grow not just academically, but as confident, motivated learners prepared to tackle new challenges.
