In Ms. Neil's classroom, she and her students are a family. Students don’t always have to agree with everyone, but have to respect everyone. To Ms. Neil, implementing a nurturing and safe environment for her students is crucial. She also builds positive relationships with the students' families, as well.
Ms. Neil has received an endorsement in Teaching and Coaching/Mentoring. She was also the school PTO president for two years and has been in the top three for Teacher of the Year.
