Ms. Hall also establishes clear routines and a supportive classroom community where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn. Through collaborative activities, positive reinforcement, and modeling empathy, she aims to ensure every student feels safe, motivated, and confident to take academic and social risks.

Some of Ms. Hall's most pressing classroom needs this year include snacks to keep growing minds fueled, birthday goodies so every child feels celebrated, and organization and management tools to create a calm, inviting space. These resources will help her students feel safe, loved, appreciated, and genuinely excited to come to school each day.

Ms. Hall has an incredible classroom approach, and she has earned rave reviews for teaching excellence and student engagement. She excels outside the classroom, as well.
