Ms. Crawford's teaching focuses on her sense of humor, art, and time in nature. She encourages communication about her students' feelings, wants, and needs. Ms. Crawford takes great pride in her work. Helping one of her senior SPED (special education) students get their dream job of working in a scrapyard after they graduated is one of her major accomplishments.
Ms. Crawford was the best teacher that I've had. She helped with everything she's nice. She is willing to go above and beyond for any student. No matter what it is. That's why I thought I would put my two cents in because she Should be the number one teacher at the top of the Billboard
The job of showing up daily for young ones today in the world we live in I can only imagine how difficult it has to be both for the youths and for the teachers. Aaron goes above and beyond not just showing up but sharing a part of her life and her whole heart not just her kids but also everyone she’s spends time with, The ability she has to not only teach and bring joy to everyone around her she also brings life and energy into the room, being in a classroom environment it’s so easy for someone to go unnoticed or slip through the cracks and its simply not possible if Aaron is teaching her passion is people and making sure they feel seen and heard with goal of helping them in whatever their need may be, education, emotional support ,food ,clothing, understanding, someone to listen, goals, her perceptiveness is unmatched and made complete by deep love of helping people, these things are required to help children grow and become capable and typically only something parents have the bandwidth for their own children, Aaron somehow manages to to share this kind of love that she does with her personal family also with her students and everyone she’s around despite all life’s challenges have brought her, something we all wish we had the energy and time to show we are so happy Aaron chooses to give to all of us personally.
Aaron is a phenomenal teacher, mother and all around person. Her personal interest and passion for helping others is unmatched. She put so much care, kindness, energy and effort into her students, her family and everyone around her. No one deserves this recognition more than her.
Dedication is exceptional. She is an incredibly patient and kind teacher who goes to great lengths to ensure comprehension, often dedicating extra time to explain material most students struggle with. He makes sure no question goes unanswered.

Aaron has been my neighbor for 11+ years, and I am thankful for her and her family. She is kind and one of the most positive humans I have ever met. I love to see how she interacts with her family and it is very apparent that family comes first, and she demonstrates it on a daily basis. She enjoys being outside and working on her yard. I always look fwd to seeing what she is working on next when she starts working on her yard and decorations for the season.
Aaron's children are both amazing kids and she should be proud of the adults she is raising. They have been wonderful. Aaron has helped with some of my yard work in the past and her daughter would come and take my pup for a walk around the neighborhood.
She is supportive of the neighbors, and I am so happy to see she is nominated for this and hope she receives the accolades she deserves!!
Aaron doesn't view what she does with the students as a job or put them in a multi group mind set. She views each student as precious, with the potential to be a happy young adult. She goes beyond what her job description requires because of her genuine love for them. We could learn from Aaron that it's OK to open our hearts to young people who need extra guidance, learning and protection to function in our modern world. Aaron views each student as an individual who deserves the chance to have a quality of life young people deserve that God wanted for them. She loves to teach them so they can reach their potential, have dignity and learn real life skills.
Aaron has been my friend for close to 30 years. During that time she has experienced many things both good and bad. She has always had a positive outlook regardless of what was going on at the time. She has always been determined to succeed with what she was trying to do even with setbacks. She is a loving wife and mother and has always been a good friend to me and my family. I can only imagine that as a teacher she would put the same heart and effort into her students and peers as she does in all the other endeavors and relationships she is involved in.
I have known Aaron for many years. She has been both a friend and a teacher. She has a passion for teaching and makes sure she has all the knowledge possible about what she is teaching. I love her kind heart and her big sense of humor.
My sister-in-law Aaron is an amazing woman. She always goes above and beyond. For example, she takes an interest in her students' lives and talks with them about their problems.
She also makes her classroom welcoming, giving special consideration to the neuro diverse students, even bringing in her own resources.
Aaron also battles serious chronic health conditions but instead of being bitter she is empathetic to those who also struggle with health problems. She is an ideal candidate for this award.
My daughter-in-law is absolutely phenomenal. She is well-suited to her role as teacher because of her patience, kindness and sense of humour.
Seeing her teach my grandchildren and support my son, I feel incredibly blessed to have her in my family.

I’ve known Aaron many years and she has always devoted her time to volunteering and helping those in her community. Aaron cares a lot about people and is very attentive their needs. She does an excellent job with her students. Young people have a lot of problems and need a listening ear to bounce ideas or problems off of. Aaron makes others feel comfortable enough to do this with. She is also very patient. She has a great sense of humor that puts others at ease and knows how to have fun. It does not surprise me that she was nominated but it makes me very proud of her!
I’ve known Aaron for over 25 years. She has always loved helping people. She volunteers in the community as often as she can. She enjoys knowing the Students, and helping them at their level. The fact that she finds humor in everything helps ease a sensitive situation. She’s always there for a good laugh or a shoulder to lean on.
Aaron goes above and beyond for her students. It is truly amazing to see. One of her students lost her brother unexpectedly last year and Aaron got the family flowers and attended the funeral. She is so friendly and so encouraging with everyone she interacts with. She truly goes above and beyond.
YES YES YES Ms. Crawford changes lives for the better in our building here at Billings Senior High ... Ms. Crawford makes our faculty lunchtime fun - we laugh, we knit (! my goal is to knit as much as she does !), we talk about anything and everything. I am so fortunate to have her as my lunchtime buddy! We ALL always walk away feeling lighter and brighter.

Aaron is one of my favorite people. Yes, she’s a natural beauty. Yes, she is a wonderful mother. Yes, she’s a supportive daughter. Yes, she is a faithful wife. Yes, she has a zest for life and learning new things that is unmatched by most. Yes, she’s a wonderful friend, a patient listener and a God fearing Bible student. But she’s also super perceptive and generous. When my husband and I were new to town, we lived in an apartment on the second floor. Aaron could sense my desperate need to dig in actual soil, as garden lover. Aaron carved out a part of her own beautiful backyard gardening area to offer it to me to use for the summer. That was so very sweet and served as a real place of healing that summer. I will be forever grateful for her kindness.
I admire Aarons ability to alway stay optimistic, and strong! Shes always ready to help and be there for the ones that need her. And just a good little reminder for my sweet friend Aaron. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to!! Just remember that you are loved and supported, no matter what!

She consistently seeks out opportunities to fund healthy snacks for the kids, ensuring they have the nourishment they need. Aaron actively engages with students in the kitchen, teaching them valuable cooking skills, and takes them to job sites where they can learn practical, lifelong skills.

She calls me in the middle of a hail storm - checks on me every day I am so grateful for this amazing person- I live alone now since I lost my husband in 2023. I have known her since she was born!
