Casey Banner is very deserving of this nomination. He is enthusiastic, bright, kind, uplifting and down to earth. There is always room for a conversation, another point of view and honesty. He is the amazing kind of teacher parents hope to get for their children and the kind of teacher students remember way past high school. He is a great teacher and fun role model for all his students.
Casey Banner is such a wonderful presence on our campus! He is brilliant at adapting and modifying to new curriculum, classrooms, and even subjects. Everything he does, he does with grace and pizzazz! He is such an inspiration to all of his students and he is definately the teacher they want to confide in about what is troubling them. Besides that, he does a lot around the school and for our school community. I cannot think of a better recipient!

I've had the pleasure of working with Casey when we both started our careers. Mr. Banner goes above and beyond for his students, and is willing to learn new content to be an asset wherever he is needed. He has gone from teaching World History to English 12 to US History and has dedicated himself to pursuing a Masters in School Leadership to better support our students at a higher level. To this day, Mr. Banner still supports his previous students in their extracurriculars, even though we are at different schools now. Proud to call you my friend, Mr. Banner!
