Ms. Yu involves her students in creating the classroom rules. She believes in student-led strategy where they will feel their voices are important. She has been teaching for a decade, and the greatest accomplishment for her is seeing her kindergarten students become achievers in the higher grades, knowing she has been a part of their lives and has helped them somehow.
