Mrs. Neely-Hoff is a helpful and caring person to her students, the students across the school campus, and colleagues. She always encourages and motivates her students to do their very best. She is funny, always has a smile on her face, and speaks to all the students around the school. Mrs. Nelly-Hoff supports SPED by attending IEP meetings, acknowledging students by name, and being supportive in many other ways when needed. It has been a privilege getting to know Mrs. Neely-Hoff and CCSD is lucky to have her as a mentor for young minds.

Mrs. Ivy Neely-Hoff loves helping students learn and grow. She understands who her students are as individuals. She works to understand what drives them and what they are passionate about. She then uses this to support, and enable them to achieve their goals in a way that fits them. Mrs. Neely-Hoff has experience working with children in the Star program. Recently she had an experience, one of many, where she had to take off her shoes to run and catch a child that was running away from the school. When she caught him he had a smile that read, I am just happy that someone carried enough to run after me. She also took the time to listen to what he needed to share. The next morning she was met with a wave and a smile. That touched her heart and that is why she loves teaching.

Ms. Neely-Hoff has been an excellent roll model to her peers. She has always gone above and beyond to push herself to be great in order for her to be phenomenal for her students. She found time to get her masters in education all while maintaining a 3.0 and better GPA! She's a wife, mother, teacher and friend. One thing Ms. Neely-Hoff is known for is coming to work with a smile on her face. She looks great being the teacher who positively molds the minds of our future. We are all so lucky and grateful to have her as an educator for Clark County School District.
