Ms. Gudjonis is a passionate middle school robotics teacher who creates a positive classroom environment by building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, and promoting respect and inclusion. She celebrates student effort, keeps learning engaging and relevant, and manages her classroom with fairness and consistency, especially when it comes to helping students feel safe, valued, and motivated.

Ms. Gudjonis is also working to integrate VEX CTE resources into her program to connect classroom learning with technical careers. She has presented at the VEX Educators Conference, coached teams to the VEX World Competition, and received funding from organizations like Google, Tesla, and the REC Foundation, which demonstrates her commitment to advancing robotics education and student success.
