Aleisha Kingsley was nominated anonymously.

Ms. Kingsley supports a positive classroom environment by creating a space where all students feel safe, respected, and valued. She sets clear expectations for behavior and consistently reinforces kindness, collaboration, and responsibility. Ms. Kingsley builds strong relationships with students by showing interest in their lives, celebrating their achievements, and encouraging their growth. She also uses engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and group work to promote teamwork and make learning fun and meaningful.

Most importantly, she models the respect and positivity she wants to see in her students every day. Ms. Kingsley wants to make her classroom feel more fun, welcoming, and home-like so that students feel comfortable and excited to learn. She is working to create a learning space that supports both academic and personal growth. In addition, Ms. Kingsley was the Safety Committee Chair last year. She has a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (graduated Magna Cum Laude), and is currently getting another Master's degree in Educational Policy & Leadership.
