A powerful example of his leadership is his partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders. This collaboration provided Rancho students with an unforgettable opportunity to perform at halftime, reenacting iconic plays from the team's history in front of thousands. This experience didn't just energize students; it showed them that their talents and voices belong on big stages.
Beyond events, Mr. Weber constantly encourages students to participate in sports, clubs, and school activities, knowing that this fosters deeper connections and better long-term outcomes. As both a football and track coach, he models discipline, teamwork, and school pride. His visible presence and approachable style help shape a campus atmosphere built on respect and belonging.
Mr. Weber's journey from substitute teacher to campus monitor to Student Success Advocate demonstrates his unwavering dedication. Even early in his career, he stood out by going the extra mile: introducing himself to staff, attending events after hours, and connecting deeply with students. That same energy powers his work today as he leads efforts to improve attendance and behavior through positive reinforcement and consistent mentorship.

Coach Weber is the epitome of professionalism and empathy. He understands the students but also teaches accountability and responsibility. Coach Weber is also a team player, always looking out for his fellow employees who may need assistance or support. If anyone is deserving of educator of the year, it is him. Congratulations
I’ll never forget what Coach Weber did for us. Participating in Raiders events or other organized events like Shaq visiting was one of the best parts of high school, and it really showed me that people out there care about us. He always showed up and made us feel like we mattered

Coach Weber… where do I even start? He was my coach for flag football, and sadly, he stopped coaching my senior year. During that junior year, though, he was the head coach for guys football, girls flag football, and track covering fall, winter, and spring sports and somehow gave each one his full energy and heart. I always felt frustrated that he didn’t get the recognition he truly deserved. Coach Weber is not just an amazing coach he’s also a friend, both on and off the field. He always made sure every student athlete or not was staying on track and doing well in school. He truly is an amazing human being. One thing I miss most about high school is being on the field with him and getting to call him “Coach.” P.s love Godinez.
I have only known coach Weber for about a week and a half, but he really sets an example for the team showing us that we can do anything if we put the work in.
He’s an amazing coach he really help me push past my limits and look at sports a different way, he taught me many things that help me everyday and having him around campus helps so much cause he’s always there for us and keeping us in line
It is hard in today’s world to find a young man doing the right things. Jerome has always had a strong sense of who in wanted to be. Growing up, he had very good role models and mentors. As an educator he now have the opportunity to motivate his students to aim high in their personal and future professional lives.
Coach Weber is a true inspiration. He goes above and beyond to build relationships to help all those he comes in contact with.
