Martha Hernandez is a genuine LifeChanger for Chase, and her dedication to our students and their families is making a positive impact on their lives. Ms. Hernandez works hard to build strong, trusting relationships with parents and ensure they feel welcomed and valued in their children's education. Several times a week, she shares pictures of her classroom activities and students engaged in their learning. Parents love the glimpse they get into their child's day, which fosters a sense of connection and involvement. Ms. Hernandez is also involved in several school committees and is deeply committed to cultivating a positive culture for the entire Chase community.

Martha is an advocate for our students and for us teachers, as our UTLA representative. She is a true professional and a caring Kindergarten teacher. Martha always involves parents to participate in the life long education of their children. Her classroom is welcoming to the five year olds that are lucky enough to call her their teacher and parents appreciate her efforts to help their children improve. I have known Martha for 24 years and she truly deserves this recognition. Thank you so much.
