Adamson High School, she brings passion, innovation, and relentless advocacy to students with significant cognitive disabilities. Ms. Rottkamp is known for turning vision into action—whether it’s starting the only Best Buddies chapter in Dallas ISD, launching a student-run coffee shop to teach vocational skills, or writing and securing tens of thousands of dollars in grants to fund inclusive programming, adaptive materials, and community-based instruction.
